Costa Blanca, the highly anticipated oceanfront development by Group Metro, one of the largest real estate development corporations in the Dominican Republic, has announced at a beachfront cocktail its plans of expansions to their billion dollar project. Due to the high demand of the Costa Blanca Project the promoters have now expanded the master plan designed by EDSA to include lots for the construction of villas.
